Individual Counselling

Individual counselling may be best suited for you if you are looking to delve into personal growth, healing, and transformation including transforming self-perception and self-protective responses, navigating life transitions, exploring family and attachment history, processing trauma and mind-body symptoms, managing difficult emotions, regulating the nervous system, improving communication and relationships or are looking to change old patterns, thoughts and beliefs. Individual counselling is offered as both a standard 50-minute session and an intensive 90-minute session.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling may be best suited for you if you are looking to strengthen intimacy and connection in your relationship, understand negative patterns that keep you stuck, explore how your past attachment history and experiences influence your current relationship, take proactive steps towards defining and creating a healthy relationship, improve communication and conflict resolution, learn triggers and navigate arguments constructively, or seek support during significant life transitions such as new parenthood or separation.
